Jessica's inspiration comes in many shapes and forms. Whether it comes from music, reading, relationships, or real world experience, she brings those ideas to class with her with the intention of inspiring others. Jessica is passionate about using her experiences to help students of all levels transform their practice in a fun and creative way. Jessica's teaching style is indicative of her studentship; she uses her love of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and sequencing strategies to meet students where they are, heighten their awareness, and take their practice to a new level..
Kiva's style is a combination of all the different styles that she has studied. She pulls from those styles, elements that she believes will benefit her students. Kiva's aim is to give students the space to explore their bodies’ strengths and limitations. True knowledge is knowing one's self, which leads the student to freedom in their body and mind.
Madelyn's first introduction to yoga was during a meditation retreat in Taiwan nine years ago. She had no idea she was in for an introspective journey that would last a lifetime! Since developing her teaching style, Madelyn fell in love with the grounding effects of Yin Yoga. She truly believes the practice of yoga can feel a lot like coming home. As Madelyn continues to live her role as a teacher and eternal student, she hopes to share the gift of being at home in one's own body.
