Music
Kristina Flaherty/Hari Shabad

Kristine Flaherty/Hari Shabad, is a certified International Kundalini Yoga Teacher at the K.R.I 500 level. Kristine is also drawn to the heart-centered healing of sound. She intuitively plays alchemy crystal singing bowls to create harmonics and sound to clear and align our energy centers. As our bodies are mostly water, sound has a profound impact on healing blocks we hold at all levels of our bodies. She incorporates the healing properties of stones and crystals in her work. She has found that the music she channels has balancing benefits and releases what each individual needs, even when played for a large group of people. Kristine is a Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master. She has found that using Reiki with yoga and the singing bowls makes for a unique and powerful combination that can transform your life.
